Just found out that OP has some ancient AMD Dual-core processor,with that CPU games made in the past 15 years will not work or run well.

 

Save money until you have enough for a quad core CPU,8GB of RAM and at least a R9 380.

A used Core 2 Quad Q6600 based system is a good budget option.

What is the purpose of the system?

Because with that cpu u can't really do much
