AMD 3600/ 16gb of Corsair vengeance/ MSI B550 GAMING PLUS/ RTX 2060 SUPER/ Corsair RM 750x

PART 1

Ok so I built this computer today and it was going great, I updated windows in till it said there are no more updates I updated the bios and the chipset all the things, Later tonight I go to get on and use it a bit to see how it runs and the Ethernet is not working (I didn’t update the ethernet driver) so I think OK let me just get the latest driver for the ethernet BUT before I do that I think let me restart the pc and see if that helps aaaannnd it will not come back on now, The fans spin up and the lights come on it just doesn’t do anything, the led for the debug is on for the cpu and I don’t know what to do now help me

PART 2

I got it to come back on after unplugging everything and plugging it back in, The long power off I don’t think did anything I think that cpu might be over heating because I try to run heaven and it was going good until it spazzed out froze and then restarted and I could not get it to come on for a little bit now it’s back on and I would like to know what to do next? maybe there’s not adequate thermal paste or good enough contact I’m using the stock cooler, what do you think?

PART 3

I ran heaven and it spazzed out and I had to shut it off and now it will not come back on, What are the signs of a bad cpu?
if some of the post doesn’t make sense it’s because I was answering questions and following steps that were given to me on reddit

Well if you suspect an overheat, did you monitor the temps at some point? What are they in the bios? In windows? What are the temps during the benchmark?

If you're hitting 95c easily, then, yes. You are overheating, seek cooling.

Paste, upgrade cooler, situate the case flow arrangement ect ect.

The highest temp I got to see was 77c before the benchmark broke windows, I managed to close the benchmark before the computer shut down but windows was all messed up to where the proprieties menu would freeze on screen and all of windows was laggy so I restarted windows and the computer has not come back on again, Because of the main problem wear I press the power button and all the fans spin up all the lights come on but (I think) the debug LEDs never get passed the CPU check, But when I do get the PC to come on it always goes through all four of them, as for the bios temps I don't know but I'll look next time I get it to come on.

Side note: This is my third time trying to build a PC and I'm determined to make it work, So I really appreciate the help

Side note 2: Do you think it would help if I filmed what happens?

But... It was a windows update that broke it. Wouldn't it be much easier and more logical to revert the updates in question?
