shut down, remove the pen drive, and boot it up again

 

your boot priority might've prioritized the USB drive, hence why it's booting into the installer

 

edit: alternatively, you can change the boot priority in the bios

That's probabaly because in the boot order in your BIOS, the USB stick you use to install Windows is at the top.
You have to either pull the USB stick or go into the BIOS and set your drive as the first bootable device.

You are in the right menu, but you have to set the drive you installed Windows onto as the first device.

I assume that the drive you installed Windows onto is the HDD1. That needs to move to first spot.
