[Help] Strix 1080ti OC

Hey guys,

 

Let me go straight to the point - MSI Afterburner or GPU Tweak II?

 

I've been using GPU Tweak and setting their Gaming profile as default.

 

However, I feel that I can get a better performance with some tweaks, or just by moving to Afterburner with some custom profile?

 

My Setup:

MOB: ROG Maximus X Hero

CPU: i7 8700k (running at 4.6MHz)

GPU: Strix 1080ti OC (Gaming Profile from GPU Tweak II)

Cooler: Kraken X62

RAM: RipJaws DDR4 2400 CL14 2x8gb (Yes, I know...)
PSU: Seasonic Focus Plus 750W Gold

In the end they both accomplish the same thing, so just use whatever you like more. Afterburner seems to be the most popular option.

Well, that's what I've noticed so far. At the end of the day, i'm just trying to get a custom setup either for GPU Tweak or Afternburner, if it'll have better performance. I'm not used to Afterburner, so it'll be great if I could get a good setup recommendation.
