changed mobo, ram, and power supply recently. already updated bios and chipset drivers

Write something more instead of publish dump files. When it happens (while booting, after boot, when you play games, when you try to install system). You can use lot of other advices from this forum too. I recommend check hardware - especially ram (try with only single ram). And check all cables. Disable all oc etc.
