PCI-E x16 Extension Cables

Hi,

 

Dumb question - has anyone found any PCI-E x16 extension cables that are not ribbons? I wanted to run a cable from the motherboard out of sight but a giant ribbon will be difficult to manage.

 

Any reason why there aren't any braided or smaller cable versions?
