My RTX 3080 build

Skrubbmeister

Today I received my Asus Strix 3080 OC, and finally got to put my new machine together. I'm in the process of downloading all my games for testing, but I'm very satisfied with the results I've gotten in the games I've tried so far.

Specs:

- Corsair Crystal 570x

- Asus ROG Strix Z490-F

- Intel i7-10700k

- Corsair H150i Pro RGB, Front mounted 360mm radiator

- Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 2666MHz 16GB

- Asus GeForce RTX 3080 ROG Strix OC

- Corsair Force Series MP510 480GB m.2

- 2x Samsung 860 EVO 500GB, running in RAID0

- Corsair RM850x PSU

- 6x Corsair SP120 RGB Pro

- Corsair Commander Pro

I'll be trying to get a good overclock on the 10700k in the coming days. A potential change before the end of the year would be getting some Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 3600MHz ram, although I'm unsure of the performance gains from increased ram speed. To others waiting to receive their 3080 Strix OC cards, I can't speak for other regions, but it seems to me like they're reaching most corners of Europe by the end of the week. Although in relatively small numbers, I'd imagine. I'm over the moon right now.

Thanks! I didn't realize just how much of my system was Corsair parts, but I guess if I had to choose one company to put my trust in, it would have to be Corsair.
