Choosing the best case

Hello everyone,

 

So recently I bought a few extra harddrives and I ran out of space in my case so I am looking for a new PC case and I don't know where to even start looking for cases.

 

 

I need at least 4 harddrive bays with more being preferable,

I would like to have a mesh front panel, and

I don't have a lot of money so I need something that is afforable but also good quality.

What does not a lot of money mean?

 

Meshify C is a good case for what you're describing.  Tho I'd question a few things..

 

If you bought 4 drives, you can afford a proper case.

 

If you were gifted 4 drives, do you really need them and do you really need a new case then?

 

I mean, more space is nice but at some point it's just hoarding

I don't want to spend like 200 dollars on a case.

 

The Meshify C only has 2 3.5" harddrives bays.

 

I accoumulated 4 drives over a few years.

 

My current case can only really support 3 harddrives with my 4th laying loosly on top of the other three.

 

Got anything that fit my needs?

Yeah, you're right.  I have been convinced all along it can support 4, very sorry.

 

No, in your price range I don't have experience with other cases that fit your needs.  The Meshify S2 may, tho it seems to have only room for 3 3.5 drives and it's not cheap.

 

@TVwazhere may have a few he recommends.

There are so many PC cases that I am completely lost.

P500A can be expanded to up to 10 drives, if you can find it in stock. Also the P600S.

Thay look nice, thanks. Question: Do you know of the p600s but in ATX?

The P600S is an ATX case.

HairlessMonkeyBoy recommended some good cases.

You could also think about not spending a hundred dollars in a new case, but spending a hundred dollars in a big (like 4 TB?) HDD. So you can put all the data on the one new HDD and have a nice and compact system.

I accoumulated 4 drives over a few years and buying a new case would be better for me in the long run. My current case is crap so an upgrade is "2 birds with one stone" sort of deal.
