3090 fe fan stop not working

Hello everyone, 

I just setup my system with my 3090. When first booting the system I do see the fans stop before a load is put on it. After playing apex for a while, even though the GPU comes down to 30c the fans are not stopping. Any idea why that might not be working correctly?
