Problem with VoIP

Hi 

i have a fritzbox 7430 as my ISP router with VoIP configured and i have a Server with pfsense installed that loadbalance my fritz connection with a 4G unlimited sim 

 

If i connect my pc with installed MicroSIP directly to the fritz i am able to use VoIP without any problem, but if i connect my pc at the pfsense Server i’m no more able to use my pc as phone 

 

I have tried to open SIP and RTP port in pfsense but without any result 

 

someone could explain what i have to do for being able to use VoIP with pfsense after my fritz
