Using two kits of identical ram

Try resetting cmos. Generally speaking, you shouldn't experience any incompatibility issues if you buy 2 of the exact same kits.

im using this ram:

Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO - DDR4 4000MHz Cl19 2x8GB

CMW16GX4M2K4000C19

And added an identical kit to my setup and my pc wont start up at all. it just turns on for two second and turns of and on indefinetly

 

Processor: i9 9900k

Motherboard: ROG STRIX z390 E Gaming

 

Is it not possible to use an identical kit, do i need to just buy a 32GB kit?
