This should be enough for 60fps low settings.

For higher settings you need to add a GPU which will cost around $130+ (RX570 / RX580 / GTX1650).

Budget (including currency): $400/ (roughly) Rs.30000

Country: India

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: CoD Warzone,Apex Legends, College work, trying to get into programming, e.t.c.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

This is my first build and I have no knowledge what so ever. All games listed above are what I always wanted to play.

(If possible) 60+ fps on 1080p at Medium settings

Performance & Value for money are priority as of now.I can upgrade to a "REAL" Gaming Rig later when im eligible to do so.

I'm willing to add $150/ Rs.10000 if necessary

Ah, with this money you can prioritize getting the GPU first.

Get a used  cheap 1080p monitor ($30-50 or use your TV) a cheap mouse / keyboard combo.

Don't spend too much on peripherals, focus on the box first.

Now since you have money for the GPU, you don't need the Ryzen 3400g, you can just buy :

Ryzen 3300x (4 core, best for gaming) or Ryzen 2600 (6 cores).
