Change lighting in unity?

I have found the solution for anyone wondering here it is.

 

Pull up the lighting window and click Generate Lighting.

Window > Rendering > Lighting > Generate Lighting

Hey guys I am following tutorials on unity and my veiwport always looks bad compared to the person i follow i cant make objects bright white like they do and the lighting alwas looks off is there a way to fix this? example below. Thanks for any help!
