Creative Sound Blaster Z Gaming Sound Card

the sound card sounds like a waste of money, the rest of the build looks good.

That sound card blows the onboard sound out of the water heck the onboard sound can't even run my 32ohm headphones with any real volume

Very nice choice of hardware for this build.

I have the MSI RX 5700 XT gaming addition GPU, also with 8GB ram.

Ryzen 9 3900X

I would keep your eyes open for a 3900X upgrade. Best cost / performance out of any mainstream CPU on the market right now. Your old six core is getting a little long in the tooth.
