should I get a windows phone?

I am a committed android user and has been for years, but I have been very impressed with a few Nokia windows phones I've have in my hands...Very fast, but the lack of apps is a deal breaker. But that might be very different 1.5 years from now.

Ofcourse they have the most used apps but they don't have the three apps I use the most.
