Budget (including currency): 500$-700$

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly gaming and some coding

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

I own a monitor (21 inch 1080p), a keyboard and a mouse. I am upgrading from an old asus laptop from 6 years ago. I have no preferences other than a case that is minimal, at least 60 fps  and the best performance for the budget. Gaming would be 1080p and this will be my first build! Thanks to everyone who's going to help!
