Just build my first PC! Pleased about how it looked, but I am getting unsolvable problems so far.

Here's my build:

  • AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz, 6 Core, 12T Processors
  • Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite AM4 ATX Motherboard
  • G.Skill Sniper X 3600MHz (2x 8GB) 17 GB Kit
  • Adata XPG SX8200 Pro 512GB NVMe GEN3 SSD
  • ZOTAC Gaming RTX2060 Super OC 8GB 256BIT GDDR6 GPU
  • Seasonic Focus FM650W Gold Semi-Modular PSU
  • HDD & Wifi Card is a used one, slightly older than these components.
  • All packed in a Lianli Lancool II Mesh RGB Black Tempered Glass ATX Casing.

Cooling Includes:

  1. Be Quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4

  2. Arctic 120mm Rear Exhaust Fan

  3. 3x Front intake fans

[Problems I am facing]

  1. After being switched off after a few hours, upon switching on, the PC shuts down by itself. This frequently happens with the first startup. After that, starting up the PC again yields no problems.

  2. If it does not auto shut down, a BSOD tend to appear instead. Here is the list of recorded errors so far:

  • MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

  • CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED

  • KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED > What Failed: Stortport.sys

  • SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION > What Failed: lufav.sys

  • SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION > What Failed: win32kfull.sys

[Solutions so far]

  1. RAM has been taken out and put back in again. Still the same problems.

  2. Another RAM of lower speed couldn't post despite being compatible with the motherboard.

  3. Power Cord has been replaced with a new one, but auto shut down at first start-up still present.

[Key Notes]

  1. RAM tests have been run and reported no errors.

  2. PC has been left running with OCCT for 8 hours with no solution.

Running Windows 10 Home Version 2004.

Do let me know if any parts or information are missing.

Do NOT close your psu. just shutdown yoru pc from windows. closing your psu is not suggested.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

I don't, actually.

Like I just do a normal shut down via windows and switch off the wall plug that my PC is connected to. That's all.
