Freezing and buzzing/beeping?

I just figured out when my pc freezes. It is when I doodle using any program. May it be microsoft notebook, snip and sketch, paint, etc. It freezes and beeps every time I click my mouse, through earphones. After a min or two it blacks out for a sec. Then the background becomes pixelated. The picture im painting or doodling, still here. But of course still frozen. It does this repeatedly untill I just turn my pc off and on. Btw I always have spotify running which makes me know that audio works, only the display freezes and does not function. Any solutions? Thanks!
