White GPU Help

So I want to make a white pc around a 1000-1300 budget and I decided to plan on getting a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 Super Gaming OC White 8G but it turns out its out of stock at newegg and discontinued other places, but there is the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2060 Super Gaming OC 3x White but its as much or even more than the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 Super Gaming OC White 8G. So i found a referbished one on newegg for only $450 but i dont know what to do so please help me lol.
