Titanfall here in the UK comes out on the 14th March but in the US it comes out on the 11th I was wondering if I bought a code from an american website, would the code work here in the UK or does it check your location and stops you from using it?

Origin is almost certainly aware you are in the UK. Can't be certain but EA is big on enforcing its regional pricing structures.

You might be able to fool it with a VPN and pay in dollars, that might very well be possible but you would also probably have to play the game in the USA as well as there would be no European servers in the meantime.

The pricing in the US tends to be much lower than here in the UK. What I don't understand is this: http://www.greenmangaming.com/s/gb/en/pc-dvd/games/shooter/titanfall/

The physical copy is £13 less than the digital version it makes literally no sense.

I often find buying a physical disk on amazon ends up cheaper.

Just be aware a big part of that is tax. Amazon.co.uk doesn't have to pay UK VAT so it gets to drop 20% of the price right away. The same is true in the USA, they have local taxation and so you don't necessarily see sales tax applied directly on the listings. Tax is usually the reason it shows as different prices, or it explains most of the difference anyway.
