Unable to manual overlock my memory

So I just bought my new ram kits which mentioned below without knowing that the maximum frequency supported by my cpu is 2933mhz only. So I went to bios to manually set it to its max supported speed but apparently I can only 1 thing by enabling the XMP profile which is 3200mhz. I know this XMP profile speed will not work properly on my cpu which may cause bluescreen. So I want to overclock it manually but there's no option to do that only XMP and AUTO.

Additional questions

1.) What is the safest voltage for 2933mhz? and what specific voltages should I change?

2.) Should I change my ram timings if I OC my ram to 2933mhz?

SPECS:

Ryzen 5 2600

G Skillz Trident Z RGB 2x8gb 3200mhz

B450 Aorus Pro WiFi

There's gotta be an option.

Look for DRAM frequency multiplier or something like that.

If there really is nowhere to manually do it in bios there's a program called Thaiphoon that can write memory profiles to your ram (Program requires payment to unlock feature)
