Okay so I am in need of PC upgrades and currently I have a FX-6300 and a RX 560 and I plan on getting about $500 worth of parts which are a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 XT, a b450 Tomahawk max, 8GB of DDR4 at 3200 MHZ, a new ssd, and a 650 watt 80+ Gold PSU and thats all I will be able to afford for a bit like 3-4 months and since the CPU doesn't have integrated graphics I was just gonna use my RX 560 how bad will all this bottleneck and will this cause any damage to my parts

First off, get a normal 3600 non x or xt. Almost the same performance for much less money. Your GPU will be the the slowest part and thus your performance will mostly be held back by it. This would definetly be the next thing to upgrade. After that maybe add another 8GB of RAM for a total of 16GB. I don't see any reason why there should be damage to your parts?!

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.
