Pc not posting

It looks good now. 

Sound like it was a ram issue

Go into it bios then apply optimal default settings. Then go back into the bios apply xmp.

Just changed my cpu waterblock and not my pc isn't posting. USB and HDMI not detected. Is this a broken mobo 

Specs 

I7 8700k 

1660ti 

Z370-F mobo

32gb corsair 3200 ram

Try remounting the water block.  Could be a pressure issue.

Just tried that. Still the same issue. Just don't know how everything is working apart from UBS ports and HDMI ports

So far tried resetting cmos. Changing ram around. Got a new mobo and still happening

Now it takes about 3 mins for the pc to detect a monitor and then this comes up

Sorted now. Jeez man it's stressful. Got a new motherboard out of it tho haha
