Quiet gaming PSU?

Hey all, I got an 850w evga g3 and its fan is annoying af, even on eco mode watching netflix it turns on every half an hour and is easily the loudest thing in my pc.

I got a 9900k oc + 2080ti oc, custom loop cooling, etc. and looking for a good quiet psu for my rig. Please post suggestions. Thanks.
