It all depends on game launcher type.

1. For standalone games without any launcher - sure, copy and run. Works in 99% cases.

2. For Steam, Origin, Uplay or Epic games - read manuals how to do that - you can find many on internet. But

a) there is difference if you own game and want to just have it on another computer without installing or...

b) you just want to save your friend's time so he can skip download part.

Anyway - answer is longer than you think because it depends on type of game launcher.

But if literally is Warzone, is it that easy just going to blizzard's launcher, properties from game, and just copy paste?

You may need to verify the game files
