I'm looking for a very nice and high end blanket. Preferably like a faux fur style or the kind where it feels like two blankets are sewn together. I don't want the average stuff you find for $39 at Walmart. Thanks

All I got is natural fiber options:

There was a type of blanket like this used in Germany some years ago made of wool fleece. It was meant to simulate a sheepskin and were sometimes but not always fluffy on both sides. They didn’t have a lot of weight though. For weight one might consider what was once called an “trading blanket” which were developed in the mid 18th century for fur trading in North America. They used to have “points” worked into their design as a measure of wool weight. A ten point blanket was near a quarter inch thick and massively heavy. They’re terribly expensive because wool is terribly expensive.

Not a pro, not even very good. I’m just old and have time currently. Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
