Any mousepad recommendation?

You mean immerge it in water?

Like put it in a bathtub with mild warm water, use some baby soap and damp cloth and scrub mildly in circles to clean.

Hi,

I'm looking for an upgrade to my Steelseries Qck mousepad, which has been very disappointing so far. I'm not a huge gamer and my main concern is aesthetic (cleanliness) and most importantly durability. The Qck started showing signs of wear after only a few weeks, and since then a lot of stains appeared for all the times I put a glass of water on it. Dust is also almost impossible to remove so it's a big ugly mess.

I'm buying on B&H this weekend but let me know if you have some good recommendations on Amazon as well so I can order later.

I have another question. I currently have a Kensington Gel duo mousepad, but I never used it because it wasn't compatible with my Logitech M720 mouse. I'm upgrading to a G602. Would it work on that mousepad?

Thanks

Just need to wipe it down with a cloth and use a coaster. Can't really avoid this unless you get something made of plastic

The problem is every time I put water on it, as in a wet cloth, it makes an even bigger mess. I tried to do that to remove the dust, but the dust remains and the result is even worse.

Wet cloth was the wrong term: damp cloth, just enough to see the pad get damp itself.

I have a qck XXL mat and its the same deal

Have to wash it properly and don't put drinks on it. Or get a plastic pad.

I'll try that. I think it could remove the dust and maybe some stains.

Yeah should definitely get cleaned well. Don't dry it aggressively after with a blower or scorch on the sun. But let it self dry or on weaker sun. Can get warped.

And it worked! Thanks for the tip. I can invest the extra money on a mouse or a keyboard.
