CPU Fan direction

Hey guys, quick question;

I have a dual tower, 3 fan cpu cooler. Do all fans have to be facing the same way for optimal airflow? It came out of the box with 2 facing the same way and the other facing the other way. It seems kind if unlogical.

Face them the same way. There have been tests with opposing directions, but for optimal airflow and reduced turbulence, just face them the same way.

You could do some testing to see which is best. But in general, the key word is airflow. Which cooler this even is?
