From SATA SSD to M.2 NVME (PCI-E 3.0) - Worth it?

In my experience, no. I went from SATA SSD to NVMe SSD and honestly it made no difference for what I do.

I think this is the video where LTT did some blind tests between SATA and NVMe to see if people could tell the difference.

There obviously are some things where faster storage is better and NVMe makes sense, especially if you're doing something that requires rapid & heavy file transfers (video editing I guess?). But just for general desktop use it doesn't really make that much of a difference in my experience.

That seems fine to me. 3200MHz is fast enough, and if you're running the 8700k in your signature then I don't think going to higher frequency RAM will offer any noticeable improvement. If 16GB is enough for the tasks you do then I wouldn't change it.
