Unifi not working perfectly

I have issues with 2 unifi switches. One is a switch 8 poe lite which is identifiable by my controller at all. It still functions as a unmanaged switch but it is connected to my nas and I want to aggregate the link to my nas from it which requires managed fuctionality. I also have a switch8 60w. This can be seen by my unifi controller but cannot be adopted - any advice?

Which version of the UniFi Controller are you using?

 

Where is the Controller hosted?

 

Have you tried using the Discovery Tool?

It is hosted on my UDM, firmware version 1.5.6.2150, I do not know what controller version if that doesn't anwer it. I haven't used the discovery tool but I'm going to research it now.

Firmware is different than Controller.

 

As of today, the latest version of the Controller is 6.0.24.
