(Windows 10) Icon changing program?

Back in the 2k/XP days, there were a number of programs that could change out all of the icons in the OS at once, which saved a lot of time.

I'm running on a spare system, Win10 LTSC and it really is ugly, while I could change the icons over one at a time to something better looking, that's time consuming. Are there any modern programs for Win10 that can change them all at once?

Sadly, no. Only old, outdated stuff or does not work at all. Trying to find something like that for the longest time.

Bummer.

I mean there's Stardock, but it's not cheap...and I'm not certain it's worth the price.
