Selling i5 3570k rig, how much should it go for?

Don't want to feel like a scammer so im asking for help here.

It will include: i5 3570k
ASUSTeK Computer INC. P8Z68-V GEN3 MOBO

120 GB SSD

8GB DDR3 RAM

650W CORSAIR PSU

GT 730 (he has his own GPU)
a case with fan control or whatever

he's willing to pay $250 but he doesnt know much about PC's.

 

 

I want to be able to sleep tonight, am i scamming my friend?

A little bit. $250 is very steep for anything on LGA 1155 at this point in time.

 

I'd bring it down to maybe $150 or $175 at most.

If it was some random guy I'd say go ahead and sell it, but it's your friend, and quite frankly, $250 is a shit price for that hardware.

 

 

Take it down to $150.
