New PC has Problems With Display

Ive just built my first pc and it worked perfect for the first 2 days but after spending like 45 minutes on it the 3rd day monitor goes to sleep and says displayport no signal

i restarted the pc and it worked for 30 minutes then again monitor went to sleep if i try restarting nothing works

i tried the monitor on another pc and it worked fine so i guess its hardware related problem

i tried using both hdmi and display they dont work

i tried without the gpu (rx 590 fatboy)

checking both ram sticks 2x8gb 3600mhz they work well.... i think....

i removed the mobo battery (gigabyte b450 gaming x and cpu is ryzen 5 3600) for 30 mins

i checked the cables a million times i dont know why its not working  

the PC boots up but dosent send signal to monitor restarting also dosent help ( very rare it works but then the monitor shuts down in like 5 mins)

i dont know what to do anymore 

so specs are 

windows 10 64 bits updated

rx 590 fatboy 8 gb

ryzen 5 3600

mobo is gigabyte b450 gaming x

2x8gb 3600mhz ddr4 ram from viper

psu is corsair cv650 650W

cpu stock cooler

 uh after opening the pc the only driver i installed was the newest gpu one and windows updated itself 

i want to update the others but i cant see anything on my monitor 

i also dont know how to enter bios or if it would help

 make sure its seated in the slot good might have moved a lil bit after putting it togather and moving it
