I recently built a gaming PC and i am in love with it. I have used Macbook pros and iMacs most of my life because i am a videographer and i had windows installed with boot camp. I loved playing Valorant on my Macbook and it ran perfectly, however on my new PC its skips and lags a lot. i have gone through and tuned the GPU but nothing has worked. I play War zone and Siege at max settings and have no problems at all. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times as well as different programs for monitoring. I also tried moving it installing to both my boot drive and my secondary SSD. Does anyone have any idea as to what the problem might be?

Random thought:  That could possibly be a net feed issue.  I got no specifics, but in general, One of the oddities of Apple is they like to use high quality stuff for weird little bits where other companies might cut corners.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.
