Xeon e5440

So I've been clearing out old server stuff at work, and I came across an Intel Xeon E5440 and it looks to be in almost new condition, I'm wondering what compatibile boards are out there, I'm assuming they'd be nothing too pricey due to being outdated hardware?

With a little bit of research and work, you can use a sticker mod and BIOS mod to run this on a vast majority of LGA-775 motherboards:

 

 

I did this exact mod a few years ago on a Xeon E5450, and it benchmarked right up there next to a Haswell i3/i5.

I've also found an E5410, would this work as well?
