Getting low fps on games

System specs:
CPU: İ7 9700K
GPU: Msi Rtx 2080 Ti Gaming X Trio
Ram: Gskill 2x8 GB Ram 3600 Mhz
Motherboard: Msi Meg z390 Ace

Power supply: Nzxt E850

 

Benchmark on AC odyssey 1920x1080

 

GTA V avarge 45-50 fps on 1920x1080

 

I am getting low fps in games but in benchmarks my pc is all good

I check my case several times to look if there is a mistake but there is no problem in hardware 3 separate power cables used for GPU,CPU power cable is plugged correctly

You are also running AC odyssey at 1.4x 1080p. You are rendering the game a higher resolution. You probably have the same setting enabled in GTA V

But shouldn't it need to be ok because as far as ı know 2080 Ti can run Ac in 4k 60 fps

your ram is still running far below spec. are you sure you selected the correct xmp profile? It should be running at 3600mhz, not 3000.
Yes, they probably used their ram at the fastest speed possible and didnt render the game at a higher resolution.
