I am planig a new build and it's a budget build on 433 US dolars, and I am not shuere if this motherboard is compatible with this CPU, is more of a bios compatability. This is the part list:

Yes it is, for the most part, most b450 boards ship with the new bios now and if it says ryzen 3000 ready on the box, then it is, if the board Happened to ship with the old bios, you could just ask the vendor/ computer store to update it for you. 

Though are you limited to this board? It's quite eh and for around the same price you can get..

As I said, there are similarly priced boards that are better, the boards I listed above are similarly priced but perform better.
