It'll be hardware compatible, but a quad core i5 is going to very noticeably choke the card performance-wise.

There's a very good chance it will work.

do you have a good power supply? the 3080 needs a lot of power, and also a super cheap PSU, even with lots of watts, is a bad idea.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

It should work, but you should probably look into getting an upgrade. That platform is quite old (2nd and 3rd gen Core series), and your CPU is going to be a bottleneck.
