Is there a way to remove SAP protection from laptop? My friend wants to use his organization laptop without the built in software but we are unable to remove it. I'm getting this message after reboot (see the image below). Can anyone tell me what I'm dealing with? I've already googled it and got nowhere.

I am certain that what you are trying to do is illegal,it's the organization's laptop and not your friend's.

You have to get their permission since it's their laptop.

And your/his administration will be very upset and someone will lose their job since this has already occurred.

SAP is an EXTREMELY expensive piece of software (MRB, etc).  Id sooner continue a lie and brick the laptop if I wanted to keep my job.

Any organization that pays for SAP is quite a large one.

Or the laptops stolen.

OP didn't delete SAP,but rather reset it.

The IT guys will have to set it up again,of course they will get upset - It's a waist of time and money for the company to fix it.

And they wouldn't like people to do things like that to their laptops without permission.

Everything the OP did will violate company policies that are able to afford to purchase SAP.  Or its a stolen unit.

Everything that has occurred here, at any large corporation, will violate use agreements.

Im just surprised someone who uses SAP, in an organization, didn't know that already.

But based on the comments, I bet this is a stolen laptop.

That's true, but it won't necessarily result in a termination - depending on the good will of the boss.

True, if hes a top notch employee who made a mistake working from home.  I just generally don't associate good will with corporations/work lol

Yeah the IT guy simply gave us new credentials and told to stop tinkering with SAP.
