Flashed GPU not detected by BIOS

Hi guys, I  have this MSI Armor RX580 8GB that I flashed for mining years ago. I recently flashed it back to stock, but now, ATI Flash doesn't detect it anymore. It doesn't show up on device manager, and my mobo's detects the slot as empty. However, when I another GPU installed, this the 580 seems to work as a passthrough. I plugged the HDMI to the 580, and the DP to the working card. Radeon software only detects the working card. Also, when booting, it spins for 1-2seconds and stops. It also doesn't heat up at all.

 

Any thoughts?

 

Edit: already tried to revert it to the mining bios

Re-flash it with the original backup you made when you were first flashing it for mining.
