motherboard is pretty bad and you can get a 3100 or 3300x for the price of the 2600, they are both better in gaming.

You can get a corsair carbide 175R for $5 more and I assure you that it will be a much more pleasant building experience. Plus, you get a awesome tempered glass side panel.

I would also go for at least a rx 590 or maybe a 1660S

I could replace 570 with 1660s and get a better case. I also could get a 3300x actually cheaper but doesnt 2600 have more cores and threads.

I could get a 1650s but that's a little over my price range

it does, but the 3300x has faster cores, which is what matters for gaming.
