AMD FX 6350 or 6300 to save like 10$

MSI 970a g46

Corsair 8gb (2x4gb) vengeance low profile

MSI twin frozr 7870/7950

corsair cx600 psu

500+gb WD or seasonic HDD, no need for a ssd since it won't affect fps in game or allow you to have higher graphical settings

Case is preference, but I'll suggest NZXT source 210 since it is super cheap and actually a pretty decent case.

Edit* If you have extra to spend I would really look into getting a 990fx board since the FX63xx will overclock really really well on a 990fx board.

I promise if you built what is in that shopping cart you are going to regret it. With the parts that I listed for you and a 1080p 21" led monitor the total comes with 820$ and it will destroy that newegg build.

Edit* drop the psu down to the cx500 and get a asus 7870 instead of what I listed above.

Would recommend SeaSonic over the Corsair CX Series.

Alternatively you could change the CPU to a Phenom II X4 965 and put the extra $55 into a 990FX motherboard and a Hyper 212 and overclock it, which would probably beat a stock FX-6350, since you wouldn't be overclocking the 6350 without a cooler, or on a 970 board.  Plus with a 990FX board you'd be better set for an upgrade to an 8350 or something down the road and have a board and cooler that can take advantage of overclocking that, or possibly steamroller if it also comes out on the AM3+ socket.

Glen do you know why it is a pain in the ass to find a new 1090t/1100t these days? They were such a great cpu and were a ton of fun to OC I would like to get my hands on one.

Because the 1090t/1100T were discontinued.  The 965 is still widely available however.
