Overclock not showing in Ryzen Master or any other monitoring software.

Infow27

So I just OC'd my Ryzen 5 1600 to about 3.8Ghz.

The BIOS shows that the CPU is running at 3.8Ghz but when I open Ryzen Master or any other monitoring software like CPU ID , HW Monitor etc. It only shows 3.4ghz even at full load.

MOBO: MSI B350 Tomahawk

P.S: Also my RAM which is 3200MHZ runs stable only at 3000MHZ with this overclock.

did you oc in ryzen master or in bios?

if in bios, make sure you saved the changes and that your cmos battery is in good health.

if in ryzen master, every time windows boots, you need to reapply the overclock but selecting the profile in which you set the oc and apply it

IMC is under to much pressure. Try putting the SOC voltage to 1.1/1.15v.

a faulty cmos battery can cause settings to revert and not save
