Help windows won't boot. Pleaseee.

I was using my windows 10 PC normally playing subnautica the other day when a power outage occured and for some reason my ups failed. Now when i boot up it shows the usual windows logo, then the screen goes black, the loading icon appears for 10-20 seconds and the screen goes black and that's it. Nothing. I tried startup repair it says it couldn't repair it. Tried sfc it will not work, says failed after verification..... Tried system restore, it doesn't launch. Even tried resetting the pc, even that will not work. 

I have windows installed on a crucial 120gb ssd and a 500gb hard drive for games and stuff. If you need more info please ask.... Somebody please help me. I am legit in tears rn.

did you clear cmos. you know this is more likely to be a hardware issue?

How do i do that? Pull out the little battery?

Yes but only after having disconnected the power cable from the psu.

Did that and it's still doing that.

I am suspecting a drive issue.

try to get your hands on a replacement drive and unplug your other ones

I have 300 gb worth of games and it's saves on it, not that important but it's valuable to me because I can't download it again because i did it all on mobile data because I don't have wifi

Hmm ok if it is a drive issue can i not recover it?

i am fairly certain a professional data recovery center can get your 1's and 0's back

so you can reinstall windows just be careful to only format c drive

it will a bit of pain but if you do it correctly you can have you games untouched

Yes hopefully it's the ssd that corrupted the files and hdd is fine....

Ok I tried the hdd which the games are on a different pc and it's ok and all the files are there looks like the windows drive corrupted i will try with a bootable drive to repair it or reinstall it.
