Console Level PC?

I know console does not keep a consistent 60fps but i was wondering if I could get that from a pc?

What kind of cost am I looking at to get something similar on pc?

I use to play a lot of MMORPG games but now I like shorter type games so I was hoping to switch to PC gaming.

my budget is flexible, I would like something good enough with upgradable parts for later. What are your thoughts?

Budget (including currency): ???

Country: United States

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Esports type/ Co op-party games (Fortnite/PubG/Non-AAA Gaming)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): From an older pc i have 1tb ssd, 500w power supply, and 16gb of ddr4 memory (which didnt end up working because my motherboard is ddr3 :(

go full amd for better price-performance.

Thank you for responding!

But i like the idea of G-sync? and that is intel only? (I am not familiar with this level of detail with pc building) (I should even say "I think i like G-sync?")

Honestly if you just play the popular titles, just pick whatever your friends play on. If they have consoles, just get a console.
You won't beat it performance wise for the same price. Period.
