GPU BottleNeck

So I have a rx570 4gb paired with i3 2100 3.10Hz, My problem is whenever I play games like, Valorant, Apex Legends my GPU is bottlenecked to 30-40% and my CPU at 100% what tips can u give me to maybe make my GPU work a portion of it. Atleast I can have more on GPU, also I am planning to buy Core i7 2600.

Increase the resolution, this should put less weight on the cpu

yes but you are cpu bottlenecked so that does not help at all.

 

but better resolution/ settings. yoru cpu is very weak and too weak for rx 570- try to get atleast i5 2500 used. they go around 20-25$. i 7 2600 would be much ebtter but htose go for like 40-50$

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

Your gpu is Not the problem for the bottlenecking. Your cpu is the problem  for bottlenecking. so you will have to buy a new cpu. Overclock your gpu in msi afterburner.
Overclocking gpu will being the gpu bottleneck more as your cpu seems to be the bottleneck in this situation. So you will be forced to buy a new cpu if you don’t want this bottleneck.

Overclocking the cpu will bring the bottleneck down a little bit (depends on silicon lottery) Overclocking gpu will being the gpu bottleneck more as your cpu seems to be the bottleneck in this situation.

cant overtclock non -k cpu. and i belive his bios wont let him BCLK overclock either. OP should buy better cpu. 2c/4thread cpus are pretty bad
