Which nvme 2.0 should I get ?

Kingston A2000 500Gb or WD SN550 500Gb?

Kingston A2000. The SN550 lacks a DRAM cache, which can make it slower in certain scenarios.

A2000 is a better choice.

For WD, SN750 is better than both of them.
