Hello, so my friend brought me her a laptop so I could add ram (4gb+4gb) and rewrite Windows. Also, she had a problem with Windows where it wouldn't open some .exe files. So I added the ram, then formatted the disk and did a fresh install of Windows. This is where the problems begin. About 80-90% of installers for example, teamviewer, zoom, utorrent and other programs that install without a single problem on other computers won't open or show NSIS error or some kind of other launch failed error or just show up and immediately close (same problem as my friend previously had). Windows (10) is 64bit, installers too.

I tried these things (in sequence from simpliest to more complicated):

1. Run as administrator

2. Troubleshoot (shows that file is incompactible)

3. Disable firewall and antivirus

4. Run through CMD

5. Regedit

6. Safe mode

7. Another fresh install of Windows

8. Check through bios (maybe I didn't notice the setting)

9. Update Windows, add drivers

NOTHING helped at all. Laptop is Lenovo L460. If you think that my Windows copy is bad, well you're wrong, used the same one on all other computers and works perfectly fine. Any ideas?
