The board is subpart and is overpriced for what it offers.

Budget for the build? location and currency?

Seems pretty good -- SSD size is small but if it's a gift, I guess it's okay. (maybe get another 128GB for RAID0?)

Ryzen 4000 budget CPUs won't come out for a while, and Turing budget GPUs will also take some time, so it seems fine.

However, be on the lookout for good deals on Intel's 9th gen lineup. Especially if you live near a microcenter, you can find super cheap prices for stuff like the 9100F

£550 UK

https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/4xZ8hg (not sure why it did not pop up in all honesty lol.)

Changed the gpu, Im going to assume the ssd and the ram are not included in the total price.

and changed the board, the prime b550 a is subpart and is overpriced at that price for what it offers, and he b450 a pro max (non m) uses a 4 phase with 8 4C029N and 8 4C024N iirc.
