At this point just keep the system and save up for a whole new computer. That fx is not going to handle new games at 60fps no matter what and is already not doing so in a lot of titles or does so but the games are unplayable due to massive fps drops and stutters.

Used route would be a lot better to save money. A used RX 470 or 570 is really cheap and will be a nice upgrade. You can save the money you would have spent on a 1650 super and upgrade the CPU/motherboard/ram in the future.
